Orders are processed and dispatched after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.
We offer flat rate shipping Australia-wide. Shipping costs will be calculated and shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are managed by the shipping carrier. While we aim to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Due to the nature of roasted coffee products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or does not meet acceptable quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jebenacoffee.roaster@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
